• Content Data: The meeting notes and transcripts you upload for formatting are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cross-platform sync.

TranscribeFormatter processes your meeting notes and transcripts locally on your device by default. Your content is not uploaded to external servers unless you opt into the cross-platform sync feature. When sync is enabled, data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

We use the following third-party services:

• Creem: Payment processing for subscription transactions.
• Analytics Providers: Anonymized usage analytics to help us improve the product.

These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
